F1 2022 mod faster times update - copy & paste

here is a combination of .ctf files balanced with surface_materials.xml. and what we have in .ctf files is some real stuff like :
- real weight of car and engine
- real tyre dimensions
- real fuel consumption, except faster fuel rate
etc.
bahrain, melbourne, monaco, montreal and sepang tracks provide brake-lock for AI with these .ctf files
tested on medium(proffesional) and hard(expert) level of championship...

F1 2022 performance data

Here is performance data which can be also used in 2023 mod, because weight of car in F1 2022 is 796kg and here is 798kg like in F1 2023.
Here we have real tyre dimmensions and real aerodynamic setting, but gears are changed so players can achieve faster times than real 2022 cars, even faster than 2021 cars on some circuits.
However, some circuits provide brake lock for AI so they run off track and crash. These circuits are Montreal, Melbourne, Sakhir, Sepang and Monaco.
