F1 1978 - For the RSS Formula 79

A 4K skinpack of what I've completed so far for the RSS Formula 79. I intent on finishing this pack at a later date to fill the grid to 24 cars. So far I haven't had to time to do this completely so I thought it'd be better to share it rather than just leaving it on my hard-drive. These are a work in progress so they may get updated/changed in later updates.

SamtheStupid updated F1 1978 Skinpack with a new update entry:

Additional Teams

Added Team Surtees, Walter Wolf Racing, Tissot Ensign and Ligier.
Added basic coloured helmets to all cars.
Reduced file size for better performance.
Recommend deleting previous versions to correctly update skin files.
