USB paddle shifters can be obtained e.g. from eBay,
then combined with a generic rim.

Hmm, those paddles shipped to Estonia would be 103€, that particular rim doesn't ship here, but I can get a cheap one for 45€ shipped, so that means I can get everything for just under 150€. It's a decent option, thanks!

But I won't be needing it until next month, so if in the meantime anybody wants to offer me some used rim that they don't need for around ~100€ shipped before then, I'd still be interested.
