SCS Software have released preview images of some improvements coming European Truck Sim 2, with the DAF XF 105 receiving plenty of attention in the new build.

Unlike many software developers within the racing / driving game marketplace, SCS Software seem almost fanatical about ensuring as bug and frustration free experience for their fans as possible, and it looks like this attention to detail will once again be in evidence with the new public beta build of both ETS2 and American Truck Simulator scheduled to release in the coming days.

In something of a refreshing change for the game development industry, SCS are holding off on an immediate release of their public beta (yep, beta release, not even the full public one) as they iron out some last minute bugs, as they "do not want to release a build of the game with any known issues"!!! Don't hear that often do you?

Anyway I digress..

The new build is scheduled to add plenty of new features and content into both the original European Truck Simulator game and it's newer, American themed counterpart, American Truck Sim. Included in this new build will be a substantial reworking of the existing DAF XF 105 truck, a fairly popular make and model of wagon throughout the most of Europe and one of the bedrocks of the haulage business in modern times.

To help keep fans entertained in the wait for a public build release, SCS have revealed some nice "before and after" shots of the internal and external views of the XF105, showing off the changes made to the vehicle and attention to detail the studio continue to lavish on the sims, even relating to existing content already well used within the software.

Check out the comparisons for yourself below...
