This is a reworked edition of the 2009 Evo Edition by Prez. Almost all changes
are made by Günthar Rowe who should have BIG credits for this release.

The Escorts are by no means to resemble the GTR2 release.

They are supposed to be fun raw and a challenge to drive.

Before installing this version, please clean out any previous versions by deleting the following folders:

In the last public release are:

...\race 07\GameData\Teams\Escort
...\race 07\GameData\Sounds\ESC

For any that where beta testing they are both the above and the following:

...\race 07\GameData\Teams\Escort_Challenge_2009
...\race 07\GameData\Sounds\ESC


Extract the Gamedata and UIdata folders onto your main Race 07 game folder.
No Original SimBin files will be overwritten or deleted. Just the gamedata, sounds and teams FOLDER will be overwritten.
The Escorts will have their own folder in Teams.

NOTE! The psd files are for skinners.

The wing is stupid i know but i made it by trial and error a long
time ago for Escorts in GTR2.

Correct usage of the "wheelcolor=" is to add an integer between 1 and 9 inclusive.

7. = Grey Wing with black sidepanels

um.... I've just sent off (3 days after their last release) the Porsche 935's back to Raven for there next version release... so, you might want to wait on that one :dance2:

not sure the origins of the mod as I didn't start the Evo edition, was just called in to fix the skinning.....

What a great mod. The FF is great and what a fun car to drive. I love the different tire compounds and how the car reacts on the downshift an brakes. Just perfect. I can't wait for a full grid race with these cars. :laugh2:

Never heard of this problem before. Anyone else having the same prob??

in cockpit view you will get an imbalance in the engine sound due to the drivers head being to the left hand side of the car, as per real life...

These cars are fun to race, the racing club event was great.
Got only one little problem, but i don't know it was a problem of the mod or the game.

I was on a big straight with a full health car, nothing wrong. But suddenly i got a message that i had a aero and suspension problem. I didn't hit anything and it just popped up. I just want to let you know.

But overall je build a hell of a mod. Thanks.

Hmm ill have a look at this. Did you notice any difference in the performance of the car or was it just that the message came and nothing changed?...

Maybe we bought to cheap bults for the front splitter and the suspensions we got for free :whistle:
