T0rqu3_ updated Engine to Wheel Horsepower Tool with a new update entry:

Engine to Wheel HP Tool v1.1

- Fixed mistake where turbo would get applied twice.
- Added seperate plot for wheel torque/whp w/boost
- Some minor improvements

(xlsx file won't work properly. Use copy my spreadsheet instead)
