Editing .PLR file with Vista?

Could anyone explain how to do this? Every time I try to do this with Wordpad, it always says "Access denied."

i copied my plr file to desktop, edited it and the copied back to game folder.

i guess it needs to be opend with admin rights, can you right click it and open with as admin? (i`m not on my vista pc so cant test it)

The best way is to click the Start Menu button, type "notepad", right-click notepad and select "Run as administrator" - you can then open anything and amend it.

Yeah, I figured it had something to do with being the Administrator.
