Editing length of KERS/Boost?

Morning all, I'm currently messing around with the FSONE 2009 mod and implementing DRS and a form of KERS (using the engine boost in engine.ini file).

I've edited the length of boost regeneration in my .plr file to be almost instaneously, but I cant seem to work out where the amount of times you can use KERS line of code is OR how long the KERS actually lasts for...of which I wanted to dramatically decrease from its current state. Its on WAY too long!!!

Any help would be really appreciated :)
