OK ill explain this 2 different ways.

Follow the green car that travels the back roads. He turns around in 2 different places. The town, and the quarry. Follow him to the quarry.

Leave your house and get to the main road. Go to the turn for the drag strip. instead of going to the drag strip turn down the dirt road and take a immediate left. Welcome to the quarry.

i am the dumbest person alive i think i passed it at least three times. thanks for the help!

It's likely there, where you left it in last save.

Check the garbage dump. If the box falls through the ground it'll spawn there.

I think the only way to get it back is by restarting the whole game.

check at the quarry where you first find it and check the landfill, It wont just disappear from the game in less you take the mod out

Doesn't seem to work any more could you update it because they dynamite box doesn't spawn at the quarry!
