Skins Driver Modeling Help

I have hit quite a wall (side rant) 3D SIMED IS BYFAR THE MOST OBSOLOETE, "NEVER HEARD OF IT" SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER SEEN! MORE PREHISTORIC THAN HISTORY ITSELF. Anyways Im trying to make a new driver head for AC But the model is extremely buggy (Photo Describes everything) Im not sure what to do and ChatGPT is just as confused as i am. I used a Model from Kunos as a template (worked just fine before i modified it) but that doesnt even help. Im wondering if i need to make a custom model from scratch but i have absolutely no 3d modeling experience.

Correct, 3dsimed is "never heard of it" material... you don't need it to mod AC at all. It's quite possible it's causing your problems and since nobody else uses it, nobody can help.
