Downloads won't work

Ecstatic to read that the downloads are back up, however it will not let me download? Every time I try i get the VBulletin Message:

Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait XX seconds before you may download another file.

After waiting the time, it just resets itself when I refresh, as it seems to think I'm continuously downloading things? I realise the server is unstable, but I just want to know why it is doing this, and whether it's the same for anyone else?

I have the same problem.
If you manage to click the Download button at the second the timer resets, you are allowed to download the file though.
So after a little practice, I was able to dl all files I needed yesterday by getting into a one-minute-rhythm.

Dont use old browsers, download managers and dont double click Works fine here with each browser i tested (IE9, Chrome and FF)

I use(d) the newest version of Chrome without any add-ons or plug-ins, yet I got this strange behaviour.

Really dont know what causes that Getting so sick of that downloads system.

Sorry to say that downloads do not work for me at all :-(

I tried to download a few mods for Dirt 3, and everytime I get a message saying:

Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.
