So not you work, probably stolen. Found only one on gtav forum and it's made from sratch by Carface . I doubt i gives you autorizations. And the model of GTA V is x1000 better quality than your conversion.

Finnaly i think it's not allowed to publish rip mod here (but i'm sure i can make error )

And (probably from GTA IV or SA also made by Carface80/GCT or Flash)? you have authorizations from the authors ? If yes is the model made from scratch or ripped ? Many of GTA mod are ripped from other games...
