Do you prefer SOL or PURE August 2022

@Peter Boese what does it mean “better VR support” for Pure? Can you explain what is this better VR support exactly?
Because of the much better exposure logic, you can switch to a more stable method and then exposure does not fluctuate if you move the head in cockpit.
It has a UI brightness control, which is realy important in VR, so the UI is not distracting, esp in nighttimes.
You can switch of PostProcessing and still have an exposure control (no other weather script has this), which brings you many fps and picture brightness is still good.

@Peter Boese,

I updated to Pure a few hours ago. I realized that my current work is pretty broken in fact of lights. Mostly the interior lights are kind of strange now? To bright and to bloomy in my opinion. I started this mod using SOL and there is pretty much everything at the point where i wanted it to be. Do i need to update my lights now? or did i something wrong.

Cheers Florian & Thank you for your awesome work :)

Sure, you can't use your Sol filter script for Pure. Pure has an own, much better and more advanced scripting. So maybe have a look at the 3 pure filters "pure", "pureCandy" and "pureLinear" and use those as a base for your filter.
Pure is completely different to Sol and so it has also a different attempt on lighting. If you load your ppfilter, it will not find a script for it, if you only have a Sol script for it. So it will just load a default script for the basic things.

Being new to filters, and apps and...well, things that have to to with AC, can you please explain what the differenc is between SOL and Pure, and filters (Ive got the Natural filter a the moment). Do I want them both? =P
