Disable email notifications?

I've been trying to stop RD from sending me email notifications for every new reply made to a thread I've previously posted in or watched, but no luck so far.
To be precise, I'm talking about those threads that I've previously have replied or watched, I want to stop getting notifications via email from ALL of them, do I need to find them and unwatch them and then watch them with no email notification to accomplish this? There should be an option to stop getting email notifications overall imo, am I just not finding it?
Furthermore I think there's a bug in the forum, I've unwatched this thread;

But I keep getting notifications when people post in it, even if they are not quoting me, replying to me or tagging me.

There you can disable the e-mails.

Thanks for the effort @Andrew Boerner but I'm not sure this is it, to clarify a little;
I still want to receive alerts for replies to topics I've watched or replied to, through the notifications system here on the site, I just want to stop the emails from flooding down my inbox.

- If I disable alerts here, won't that even disable the notifications here on the site? I can't see any specific settings for email on that page.

- This lists the forums I've watched, I'm fine with those 3 tbh and can easily change them to not send mails, but my issue is with the plethora of threads I've watched and/or replied to, all those keep generating tons of mail every day.
