Did the real '03/'04 FIA Cars Use TC and ABS?

Just curious if TC and ABS were used in the real FIA GT series. Also, do the AI setups use those aids by default?

I do not have regulations at hand but I studied them in past and per my understanding this was not allowed. Also, electronic lift aid was not allowed (although some cars had it from factory), so drivers had to lift to shift and I saw videos of that (drivers easing off throttle to shift). CCGEP tries to implement such shifting.

I don't know if AI uses TC/ABS but I doubt it matters - it uses simplified physics anyway.
