UK UPDATE & USA NAME FIX

-Instead of the "Great Britain" team, there is now an individual team for each nation.

-Also changed the Team Name for the USA to "USA" instead of "United States of America".

Don't think it has. I believe deudonils has just re-uploaded as several regional 'mini' packs as the mod was getting too big for a single download.

Thanks, I appreciate it, but don't worry! Exactly like ShadowNflame said, it is still available, just split up into four parts
