I understand that you folks deliberately disabled the option for users to delete their accounts, because that way you can charge them each month for their accounts...

So again....I sent many emails already.... DELETE MY ACCOUNT ALREADY!!!

Also, if you are decent human beings, act like a normal human being and ALLOW USERS TO DELETE THEIR ACCOUNTS.

You should be prosecuted, you pieces of sh!t.

If you'd taken the time and trouble to check our help section in our ToU you would see how to contact for account deletion.
I've checked and you don't appear to have done that maybe try that now.

I just took a look and found a grand total of two emails from you, one of which appears to have been sent 3 minutes before you posted this wonderful piece of bile. The other was sent yesterday morning, and apparently your request has not yet been processed by the team (of which I'm not a member) that looks after account deletion requests.
Were there other requests that I've missed? If so, how did you send these requests (because they don't appear to have followed the protocol Kenny outlined above)?

I can assure you that your removal request will be processed in due course, likely after the weekend. I can also assure you that posting a rant won't make it any faster. (You are not due to be charged again for your account for more than a week and I'm certain that even if something goes very wrong and your deletion request isn't handled before then, you'll be refunded for it anyway.)

Finally, we didn't disable the option for users to delete their own accounts; this option doesn't exist in the forum software we use (likely because permitting self-deletion would lead to all manner of abuses).
