Dedicated server for rFactor

Does anyone know if you need a new copy to host a server for rFactor?

I just saw a download of the NASCAR Series, would be nice to do some oval racing on our server, that is NOT up

My guess: Run a copy of rFactor on the server, setup a server there...
But I'm not sure that you can connect 2 times using the same account... So I think you'll just have to try it out

Got it You can install rFactor on the server and you will be able to host a LAN or internet game from the server. You don't need to activate rFactor on the server
