CSP Error

Hello i have error only on 64-bit version of the game and race doesn't start . In 32-bit game work perfect . Wants to play with mods. i have steam version of the game.I present the screenshot below. Please help me

You might need to update CSP, a 1.16.3 error indicates it's a few years old.
