Could anyone tell me how to create these "spoiler tabs"?

Here's an example...

I really wanna make this since I have my own pp filter with updates and I wanna have these tabs for the updates..
I have an option called spoiler but it blurres the text not "hides it and makes a tab" if anyone could help me out, it would be amazing!

I reckon you've accidentally been using the "inline spoiler" instead of the normal spoiler.
