http://www.tcmagazine.com/tcm/news/hardware/29575/corsair-h70-cpu-liquid-cooler-debut-next-week wonder if this will be an improvement over the H50.
I have a friend who has just installed his H50 and has brought idle temps 20 degrees straight away - without the configuration process that takes a couple of weeks
exhausting of hot air can/will take place by the main supply fan, of course depending on what power supply you use.
(i use a power supply that takes it cold air outside the computer and exhaust it directly out of its own case, so no hot air into the computer)
Otherwise other fans you place in the computer case will exhaust the hot air.
And why blowing the air in, is while the probably the coolest air comes from outside the computer.
When using this system you need less fans in the computer to get a good cooling.
So there are a lot of possible solutions and it all depends on your computer case, i reckon.
