the photo indicates that you do not use version 2.3, lifter and coffemachine only compatible with the last version of newhouse.

But i've a problem with this one ?

He don't work in my NEW house !? I've tested with the PATCH 2.3,4 and actually 2.5.
No coffee machine in the kitchen, nowhere ! :/

I need delete and empty the kitchen in FIRST ? And reinstalle ?

you need to create assets the unity, I particularly for modeling use blender but any program that exports you to compatible format, the most recommended is the fbx format
