Welcome to my civil Police car skin for crapsuma!
I made the satsuma fully black and added small blue lights which are the sirens. (Of course they don't work ;()

Works in all versions.

It only changes the car.png and the window_stickers.png.
Have fun playing as cop and troll the yellow s******.
