Uninstall - just delete the pak...

because every time I put the pak file into EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Content\Paks it gives me a content error saying corrupt file and the game crashes I basically just put a single file, the pak one
what is the problem?

you have a problem loading this current mod , which is giving you a corrupt file and the game crashes.
what version of the game you are having ?
Have you checked the integrity of your files ?
Do you have -fileopenlog command for steam ver to load mods
Have tried to load the game with -DX11 setting ?

UPDATE - car is working for me . Possibly because I use DX11 not sure , but maybe you havent allowed mods I presume.

Hi, thank you for the reply to my post. Theoretically I don't have the penlog file. Among the files there are only the content ones but I checked all the files but I don't know where to find them. I checked the integrity of the files. Jocului a fostreactualizat the version v2.1.5 and another problem. and that under the general there is nothing to launch it in the column but it doesn't even ask me the version in which I want it to start and I manually wrote -DX11 but I don't know if it will let me start it like that, in theory I knew how to put it the files because I also used many mods from here for the f123 and it worked, I did the same with this one too and it didn't work anyway, thank you very much for your help with all due respect

yes, I did the same thing by putting the mod, I knew this, I thought that there is a folder apart from the pack that you have to put, I also thought about the title of the mod, that the pak letter inside the mod gives the error but how can I see which version I'm starting from, I mean - DX10 o -DX11 here I don't understand where I see how it starts because it won't let me choose the version it starts immediately other games ask you how you want it to start anyway a good game yes true there are some things missing that I would like but in the end nice game

I think you cant, but you can control the start of the version. Personally I have a problem with DX12 and the switch after mod loading -DX11 resolves it and the game runs fine.

As its UE4 I though I'd try and force WRC to use DX11 via the launch options Properties in Steam: -force -dx11 This enables DX11 for me, which seems to give me a few more % fps and less stutter, this maybe different for you of course + I'm on Linux so have to run it though DXVK (DX11 to Vulkan...

You can check Codemasters forums for recent bugs and fixes, but basically the game needs few extra options during start.
