Cheap means different things to different people and GTX covers basically the last 15 years of GPU's

Not after anything special just see what people have to offer but let's say GTX 9 or 10 series or low end RTX 20 series

Low end RTX 20 series right now will set you back a pretty penny... unfortunately.
Even GTX prices are a little weird right now.
