Skinpack for McLaren F1 GTR by Kunos.

I finally could fix the MAT_Carbon issue, so i updated my previous works. More skins in coming.

The #59 is not Kokusai Aihatsu Racing, Kokusai Kaihatsu Racing is the correct team name.
