Car's Perfomance Issue Between Different Mode

Hi I've got an issue with my car's perfomance on Content manager.
When I am selecting "hotlap" mode, the car feel fast and normal. But when I change the mode to "race" or "track day" , my car is much slower (around 20/30kmh slower on straights lines) and has literally no grip. (like with an F1 I cannot take T1 at Silverstone, the car instantly spin like she's on ice) Even though my tyres are warm enough, and the settings between the differents modes (track conditions) are the same.
If you have an idea of what's wrong it would be very helpfull.

I use exactly the same setup so fuel is also the same but thanks anyway

Is the power restriction and ballast the same?
Same track temperature?

Oh yeah it was simply about the balast setting, I didn't know what it was before. Thanks a lot !
