REQUIRES CUSTOM SHADERS PATCH 0.2.1!!!

Do you hate to manually adjust volume sliders everytime you join a race? FEAR NOT

With this new app you can not only tune volume of your own car relative to your global volume, but you can do the same with cars of all your oppoents!

Yes, yes it will. You get tab for every car model present in the race.

Is it possible to adjust the level of the external sound on per car basis? 911 GT3 Cup car (992) has an obnoxiously loud sound that I'd like to lower, but even setting everything at 0 has no effect on when I pass near that car. It's so loud I can't hear my own car sound.

Hmm, sounds like i might have to add Opponents volume slider after all. Will do.

Only seems to affect the car I'm driving.Dosnt affect the AI.(even if they are driving the same car)
I can change the volume of a car with ext_configs but that too dosnt affect the ai,only my car.
These volume mismatches are making me crazy.

I'm planning to rework this app from the ground up soon so stay tuned. Just need to find a day with that rare spark of motivation to do it.

Damgam updated Car Volume Adjuster with a new update entry:

Opponents Slider Added

NOTE: If you want to keep settings from the previous version, backup *settings.ini* from the app folder before updating, and then copy it back after updating.

• Added Opponents Volume Slider. Moving it around will change volume of opponent cars driving the selected car model.
• Tyres Volume Slider now affects Dirt and Surfaces audio channels.

It's not quite a rework from the ground up, turns out i couldn't really do much more, but hey, there's the opponents slider now.

It makes a large difference when you can hear the ai sneaking up on you.

1.2 - Interior/Exterior volumes.

NOTE: If you want to keep your settings from previous version, Backup settings.ini file before installing the update, and copy it back after updating.

- Added Interior/Exterior sliders for Engine and Tyres volume
- Tyres volume slider now respects global setting for Sufraces and Dirt and multiplies that, instead of applying Tyres volume to Surfaces and Dirt
- Optimised the settings window so it only saves when you change the sliders...

- Split Tyres volume slider into Tyres, Surfaces and Dirt.
- Added new Interior/Exterior sliders for Surfaces/Dirt, and separated that from Tyres,
- You can now reset a single volume slider by clicking it with right mouse button
- All volume limits have been cranked up to x5 instead of x2...
