Car Color Problem

If you mean it looks too reflective it is probably the alpha channel in the texture file is too dark. Extract the main texture .dds file from the car's .mas file, open in a graphics editor that handles layered files, and lighten the alpha. You don't need to repack the file into the .mas, the game will read the loose file first.

I don't know how to do this, can you help me with photos?

Well, that would be difficult because the procedure would depend on what image software you use and your degree of expertise with it.

You will need the "gMotor MAS File Utility" (probably in the library here) to extract the DDS file. Make a copy of the DDS. You will need an image program such as Paint.net or GIMP to load the DDS and view the alpha layer/channel (I use PSP but that is payware). In the image adjust or effects menu will be an option to lighten/darken the image (exact names and menus vary among programs), select to lighten about 10%. Save and check the car in game. If it needs more adjustment, delete that DDS, make a copy of the copy you did previously (rename accordingly, if necessary) and edit it. You do not want to edit the same DDS multiple times as each save will slightly degrade the image.

Maybe someone more proficient with rfactor graphics can explain this better.
