Can't Run acs.exe with 64-bit!

Hello guys, I'll run with Assetto Corsa Content Manager, but it's give error. Look:

And it's says:
acs.exe - Application Error
Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Click "OK" to close the application.

Because I installed 2 Prerequisite:

.NET Framework 5.0
Visual Redistributable 2019

Sorry, I didn't know who is it.

Please remind If is an error.
