Can't Find Thrustmaster Control Panel (TS-PC Racer)

Does anyone know how to access the Thrustmaster Control Panel for the TS-PC racer wheel? I had to reinstall everything on my computer and after installing the drivers I can't find the application in the specified install location. I've had it working before. It would appear that without the drivers working properly the wheel will be locked to 180 deg. rotation ("soft" lock). Not sure why that is happening but if it wasn't I might be tempted to do without the Guillemot drivers...
