cant enter to Formula-Simracing forum page

if i try to go there: http://www.racedepartment.com/formula-simracing then it jumps to forum homepage: http://www.racedepartment.com/forum.php

anyone know whats the problem?
i tried other leages forum too, no problems with them. Only with Formula-Simracing forum.
