Can't download anything

For some reason the download button is now red and when I click to download it opens a save window and just wants to download a "download" file and not the actual resource. Is anyone else having problems or is it something I've inadvertently changed on my pc?
The Add Resource and New Post buttons are also red.

That is just a color change of the call to action button

Can you link me to a resource you have tried downloading?

Ah I did wonder if it was a colour change but also wasn't sure if it was something at my end.
I have just discovered that some downloads are working but others, like this one Mazda 787 skin
Just bring up the Firefox "Save as " window and the file is a plain "download" with no filename etc.

I am using Chromium . No problem downloading the file.

All good. I just fixed it. Turns out i'd added a firefox extension for an external downloader I sometimes use and it was causing me problems with certain files.
