can't add a clasified add

i was wondering i can't post an add to sell something, i'm using Chrome and everything else works fine on the site except in that section of the forum.

I believe adding classified ads is a feature reserved for premium members, although do correct me if I'm wrong.

If you'd like to add a classified advert, and help out RD at the same time, then feel free to do so!
