Cannot Renew my premium membership

Can anyone help, followed the link to renew my premium membership . Cannot get past the continue menu.
I can join via the premium application link.
I did not want to invoke any unwanted changes.
So how do I re new my membership !!!!

Yeah I think the basic issue here (as @Roy Magnes has found out) is that the Premium upgrade you've currently got has been retired in favour of a new version, so because the one you're on is obsolete it won't let you renew.

I see that you already bought the new Premium upgrade yesterday, so I've added a couple of days onto it to make up for the overlap with the previous one
