Apps Cannot change Pure Config anymore?

Hi all,
lately I have been trying out graphics settings with PureConfig and the PP Settings. Since a few days I can´t change some of the Pure Config settings anymore. The orange numbers always stay the same. I don´t know why.
Can any of you tell me what to do so I can twist and tweak those numbers again?
