Can I use this slave cylinder for my handbrake?

You absolutely can, just be aware that the shaft pushes outwards, therefore the cylinder will need to be mounted firmly with some sort of urethane bushing to push into to provide the resistance

U should better use it on purpuse - as a working one. Not as a master.

What do you mean by "use it on purpose"?
