Can I use 'Remote Desktop'?

I have recently built my dad a pc and rather than offer my tech-support over the phone I'd like to be able to take control of his PC over the internet using 'Remote Desktop'. I have "Vista Ultimate x64" and my dad is running "Vista Home Premium x64" and I'd like to know if it's possible.
However, to quote the Vista Ultimate 'Windows Help and Support':-
"You cannot use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to computers running Windows Vista Starter, Windows Vista Home Basic, Windows Vista Home Basic N, or Windows Vista Home Premium."
Now, to me that would suggest that I can't access (connect to...) my dads 'Vista Home Premium' pc. However, it goes on to say:-
"You can, however, connect from those editions of Windows Vista to computers running other versions of Windows."
Which would suggest that he can access (connect to...) mine. So Vista Home premium can do something which Vista Ultimate can't? That can't be right can it? Please help.

Nevermind, I sussed it out. Turns out what I wanted was infact "Remote assistance".
