You can but it has to be modded in and I don't know how you do that. You also won't be able to go online as far as I'm aware but I haven't tried it personally, this is just what's been said on Discord.

Saw it on Jimmy Broadbent's Discord; someone modded in the '95 Benetton into MyTeam as their car. Honestly it looked hilariously ridiculous on the Pirelli's but still impressive
