Added AI Real Names and fixed Numberplates

Thanks to the great contribution of @John B. Ellis, we now have a custom AI containing the real drivers' names! This will be updated when I release other cars' liveries

On my end I've fixed the side numberplate, for some reason, I did include the full numberplate but on the side, they only use the black box without the logos on the bottom.

The custom-AI file is NAMeS only (at least for now), as @GianmarcoFiduci's excellent skins match perfectly with Reiza's quasi-fictional drivers. Also, LMDh is a brand-new category still being fine tuned by Reiza. At some point, based on how the mod develops, we can add custom attributes to the drivers, if needed.

The mod is also AMS2CM compliant.

i know this is the 2023 skins but since the 2024 did´t change much do you pretend to make the 2024 pink caddy from petit le mans just like to complement all 4 caddy´s with skins?

Let's see if the new 1.6 update already contains that since they have the official imsa license. Otherwise, why not, I'll do it!

i heard the yellow,blue and red ones will be there so i pretty confident the pink one won´t be there i would do it myself but struggle with the gradient and the extra bits there that the other 3 don´t have like extra lines on the side and top
