Cadillac V-Series.R GTP Simhub dash (ENHANCED) - Full replica dashboard for the Caddy GTP with widgets & enhancements for iRacing

Because of iRacing limitations, I modified some things and made others more useful, while trying to stick to the overall information layout and style of the real-life dashboard.

iRacing does not provide live tire pressure data for example, which I swapped out for car infront / behind data. Secondly, brake bias target and migration telemetry is a bit broken on the car at the moment. hopefully fixed in an iRacing update soon.

Some other data points that were non-functional have been swapped...

More buxfixes and minor tweaks

Some small visual fixes for values becoming too large for their boxes in extreme cases

Fixed an issue where Ahead and Behind info wasn't hiding when it's empty

NOTE: Brake bias target (BBT) and migration (MIG) are still not available in the iRacing API, so aren't functional (yet).

Added "best lap" + small tweaks & fixes

Added best lap time

Reduced size of SoC section

Replaced deploy mode number with characters (representing deploy mode display name)

Fixed bug where driver ahead name was from overall field rather than own class

Replaced strength of field with incident count / limit info
