1. I've accepted the rules, but when I go to http://forum.racedepartment.com/need-for-speed-shift-mods/ forum redirect me to rules page again

2. 180 seconds between file downloads is TOO much

Upd... #1 fixed. Cache bug?

That could be caused it yes. And 180 seconds between downloads is okay, not a bug.
