Brake light reflections buggy

My issue here is the reflections in the rear windshield shows either the brake lights multiple times or the read end of the car, i've attached images.
i have had this problem for a while and cant seem to find out how to fix this issue. i've searched for a while now and cant seem to understand it.

Have you tried switching it? Looks like an effect added from PP.

It happens in most of the PPF i found that the glare quality turned off gets rid of the problem but I don't know why the lights multiply on eachother like that when it's on around medium to maximum

Are you using any sort of resolution scaling/TAA? Could be a bug combined with one of those.
