Dallara BR1 Fictional( based on P217 model from SimDream) by Tyler Sanders(Peugeot 905) first release
unfortunately, I was not able to find a proper model for the BR1 so I had to use the P217 model from SimDream

This car with the default power.lut file should be nearly as fast as a 2017-2019 Toyota TS050 Hybrid(with the right setup)

With the power1.lut it's about as fast as 2015 919 and 2016 919

power.lut =720hp power1.lut =650hp To switch power.lut files around go into the engine.ini...

Well I must admit this model looks shocking like a LOD_C or something,
0 smoothing with loads of grouped hard faces scattered everywhere, and blown smoothing almost everywhere, sure you added the correct car ?
sorry but looks really bad.

"Nearly as fast as the Toyota TS040... ":laugh:

While laptimes with the LMP cars (Toyota, Porsche and Audi) are very close, this thing is almost 7" faster at my preferred testing ground (Okutama Grand).
Something must be off imo...

The Kunos LMP1s are inaccurate, for one, but yeah, this thing’s super inaccurate.

This car is based on the high downforce BR1 which has a whopping 15% more downforce than the 2018-2019 TS050(Even in its highest downforce trim). The power.lut represents if the car is balanced with the 2018-2019 TS050 in the superseason( basically 2018 Shanghai EOT) and the power1.lut is suppose to represent the( 2018 Paul Ricard EOT). The BR1 at certain tracks turned down laps faster than any car not named the 2017-2019 TS050. Also the Assetto Corsa LMP1 hybrids seem to based more on their lower downforce profile. The TS050 is worlds faster than the TS040. More updates are coming I need to add a little more drag to the car.

Your mod car currently still has roughly 35% less downforce than the real thing in HDF trim.

Do you mean from the base setup or the highest downforce setup possible? With the base set up at top speed, the car generates around 1,500-1,600 kg of total downforce. With a higher downforce setting, I was able to generate 1,800kg-1,968 kg of total downforce. The Porsche 919 Hybrid 2015 in base setup generated 1,689 kg of downforce at top speed. I'm working with the dev apps right now to get the downforce levels correct.

Your CLA is at 4.3 maximum...the real car likely nears (or surpasses) 6 in HDF trim.

i dont think Okutama from Grid is a proper testing ground. try Brands Hatch for smaller, slower cars, or Bahrain for more powerful ones. i put in the same laptimes with this machine compared to the 919 2016 around Bahrain. seems fine to me, its more that other LMP1s lack downforce, they are extremely understeery, while this BR1 feels good. good job.

I had a look at the skin, but i wont be able to make 1:1 skins due to overlapping on both front and back.
some creative will have to apply.

Peugeot905 updated SMP Dallara BR1 fictional based on the model of a P217 by Peugeot905 0.1 with a new update entry:

Version 0.3

0.3
-Added more downforce
-Added drag ( to help better mimic high downforce)
-Revisions to Areo.ini (Still WIP)
-Changes to car.ini
-Revision to Aero.lut files (Still WIP)
-Two power.lut options
The can be changed by going in the engine.ini POWER_CURVE= place which ever power.lut file you choose; power curve file

WEC_Paul_Ricard_EOT_650hp_power.lut(mimic power output at the start of the WEC 2018-2019 good competition for kunos LMP1 at high downforce tracks) This is the default...

Thanks for the mod but I think that everybody read that the BR1 reached 350kph, can we expect maybe a low downforce spec closer to the Le Mans car ? That would be so cool ! you've done a great job so far.
