Ever wonder what it was like to race in the early 90's? Well The BMW M3 e30 DTM car will give you a taste of what it was like! 350 bhp strapped to 950kg can only mean one thing, Epic Racing!

As long as written chat isn't available the use of Teamspeak is mandatory. If you can't join our Teamspeak channel and stay in it for this event please sign out in time.,
Book your slots in time from 01:30 GMT which leaves you with a 60 minute time frame to book your slots on the servers. If you can't book in time make sure to sign out before 02:30 GMT so your spot can go to somebody else.
Passwords are sent via private message on the forums before the booking starts
When You Enter A Passworded RACEDEPARTMENT.COM SERVER YOUR PROFILE NAME IN ASSETTO CORSA HAS TO MATCH YOUR REAL NAME YOU USED TO GET YOUR LICENCE. And only your real name no letters or numbers added please. there are no exception to this rule. If you are having problems with this, contact a member of staff before the event has started.

Our racing clubs are foremost meant to gain online experience so please help other drivers out when they have questions about the event, the car, the track, the setup or a combination. This is not a league race, it's not about who wins, it's for some fun, so please join us on TeamSpeak and build a little community spirit! The more fun we make it, the more inclined people will be to join in and make the grids bigger.

I know this car has a lot of understeer so a setup would help, but I won't have time to try to make one before the race tonight

Not much of a race out front, but it was enjoyable just trying to conserve the softs for 20 laps. Still can't believe they didn't drop off as much.

GT3 though will be hectic.

sorry Saleem!

obviously cut across into you. Rookie mistake because I typically cut to the inside on that corner and just didn't think about it being the start and you being just behind me. didn't see you but I will be more careful in the future to keep in my lane on the first few corners.

No worries Keith. We're here top learn. Are you using a single monitor? I was only able to see you because of my triples. Maybe we should have people try out the spotter app.

I use triple monitors but was probably too focused on getting through the first corner and really wasn't looking. I also was pretty far forward in the cockpit so that may have blocked my view. I could just barely see the left mirror and you were probably out of view. I will do a quick video tomorrow from my view to see what it looks like. Haven't had time to look at anything since the race.
