This track was initially released as an early beta but the final version was later sold to a motion sim company to package with their rigs - part of the deal was for them to have exclusive use of the track and all copies of the beta removed from the web.

As hard as I try, copies of the beta keep popping up, so I'm sure you'll stumble across a copy sooner or later.
