Better keyboard for Android?

Since two months I am the happy owner of a Samsung Galaxy S II. Previously I used an iPhone for two years.

The Android powered Samsung works great and it pleasantly surprised me, but the keyboard is annoying the hell out of me.

Does anybody has a clue if there is a better keyboard software available that comes close to the accuracy of the iPhone? Tried GO-keyboard already after a suggestion of friend but it still isn't good enough.

I find the keyboard on my HTC to be very good indeed, although I have no experience with iPhones.

Try "keyboard from Android 2.3" in the market.

First 2 comments on there say how much better it is on Samsung Galaxy.

I just downloaded it myself as well. Wow! much better than standard Android keyboard. It even works great on my LG Optimus one! Thanks Stuart!

Is this "keyboard from Android 2.3" different to the stock keyboard then as the SII runs Android 2.3 anyway
