Welcome to the OT Racing Club.

There is no race next week but I'll set up the race for the following week so you have time to practice.

This week we're off to the Watkins Glen - the version without the chicane - so will well suit the Tornado

There are also two excellent skin packs.

If you want to see Hank in all his glory then install his skin pack

• 18:00 UTC, 19:00 BST, 20:00 CUET | 60 minutes - Official Practice
• 19:05 UTC, 20:05 BST, 21:05 CUET | 20 minutes - Qualification
• 19:30 UTC, 20:30 BST, 21:30 CUET | 30 minutes - Race 1
• 20:05 UTC, 21:05 BST, 22:05 CUET | 30 minutes - Race 2
• All results from the 1st Race will be reversed to form the 2nd Race grid
• Practice server available during the week. Same password.

• Track Road temperature: 30 Celsius
• Track grip: 100%
• Track limits: No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a lift of the gas please. You will be penalized if you break this rule.
• Damage: 10%
• Fuel Consumption: 100%
• Tyre wear: 100%
• Pitstop: Mandatory (at least 1 litre of fuel) between 5mins and 25mins

The Berta now hates me and that is official. It refuses to let me add even a liter of fuel when i pit and now last night with 10% damage i managed to blow an engine after 10 mins driving.
Time to delete this car and start from scratch i think.

Very odd Steve, I've not heard of that issue before.

Great to see a good grid size last night. This car/track combo was fun imho. Some very close times and therefore close racing.

Next week we're on to round two for the Fat Alfie championship...

Yes I agree. For some reason I have started driving it too hard and taking it for granted. It bites back when you do that. Anyway, re download the car in the hope of removing the bugs i have developed. Fingers crossed it is now fixed.

Sorry had to bail out for 2nd race,something came up.Happy i got 3rd,this car not really up my street,cant seem to find the right lines with it.

I know what you mean about the right line but the car is very satisfying when you do get the right line. Which by the way, you did yesterday and i definetely did not

Actually enjoyed this even if I am still off the pace. Closer, but still work to do!

Colin will take you up on your offer of tuition again.

Work is a but flat out but will try and make some time.
