Sorry, had same issue when I checked although I solved it but I not sure how.

I used Beyond compare to check the Barcelona GDB's against each other
Somehow I clicked on something and it brought up a HQ ( I think ) folder that had a Barcelona GDB in it
I moved it to desktop restarted Manager and it was okay ?

BUT confusing because I use GME mods for everything I have my own system for HQ I used to work with GTR233 on various things with my GTR2 Essentials.

Anyhow I checked my GME mods which I have the HQ tracks separate and I looked for this extra GDB and could not find it ?

So that is the only lead I have somewhere there is a extra Barcelona GDB, maybe it is hidden but i saw it in BC because I set to for all attributes, I just don't know or understand, sorry.

Funny now something is bugging me.
My memory is shot but this morning I seem to remember that the National GDB filter was missing altogether.
I think I added it and closed and opened Manager but it made no difference.
Now I think it must have been not showing until I booted GTR2, which I never did at that time.

Just to be clear I did have the same RED Barcelona as you so answer is there.

Forget that I start again.

Did you try going to the setup page and deleting Barcelona from the championship
then adding it back ( second one down ) then clicking Save ?

Though I think when it was RED I could not see the track to select.

Sorry not much help.
Was something else I did.
I have since gone and checked my archives on other PC.
I disabled then enabled the HQ track GME and I can't replicate the RED problem again.

Swear, first time I opend GTR2 manager it was RED as well.

No I meant the filter line in the GDB but that was mistake anyway as National tracks don't need a AI filter.

Can someone please test their installs.
Oh oh ! that is a idea lol I have multi folders lol doh ( facepalm )

Enabled fresh GME in my GTR2 Essentials Testing folder ( rather then STEAM )
You can see the mod descriptions I actually loaded fresh.
Yep it's RED again !

I can only think this has existed since release because my GME's never get changed or touhed here.
I have a total seperate folder for testing with seperate copies of everything.

P.S. Now I actually expect this error is not in the Locations folder but elsewhere and existed since at least v15.7.2
