New AI line for Barber Motorsports Park (VRC Alabama) by VRC

Edited the existing AI line using the AI Spline Editor app and AI hints to significantly improve lap times, improve side by side racing, and reduce crashing.

Works with GTs, prototypes, and open wheelers, but some cars' ai cant handle the curbs.

I welcome anyone to edit and improve this as they see fit.
